Fielden Whisky combines the wisdom of traditional whisky-making techniques with a forward-thinking approach. Fielden champions sustainable, regenerative farming and they’re determined to bring England’s fields back to life: with heritage grains, grown with a lot of care. That means no agrichemicals; no herbicides, no pesticides, no fungicides. There’s no need for chemicals because nature’s already doing the work. It’s a more sustainable way of farming that’s better for the soil, the grain and the wildlife. And it makes a whisky full of flavour, that is good for the planet.
Aged to Perfection & Crafted with Precision
Our heritage grains are a diverse mix of rye, wheat and barley, grown by our farmers with each possessing their own character and flavors. Fielden uses a wide variety of casks to enhance the flavour of our heritage grains. We use new American Oak, refilled rye casks, and repurposed casks that once held wines such as Sauternes and Moscatel.
